- You can learn about the basic features of our products from the model information for the individual products featured in the online shop. The contract is realised when you send your order on completion of the ordering process to the online shop and we confirm the receipt of this order. The individual steps of the ordering process are as follows:

- Give dimensions and all specifications required (operating side, type of installation etc.) and confirm
- Select accessories incurring an extra charge if applicable
- Place product in shopping cart
- Enter customer data and different delivery address if applicable - you can either order as a guest or if you register as a customer you have the opportunity to manage your orders
- Read and confirm terms and conditions and data protection notice
- Select payment type
- Check the order with reference to the summary

Our products are custom-made for you, and cannot be exchanged or returned. no further changes can be made once the order has been placed.

- Wir bieten Ihnen die Zahlung per Vorkasse, über PayPal oder Kreditkarte an.
Vorkasse
Bei Bezahlung mit Vorkasse überweisen Sie den Gesamtbetrag innerhalb von sieben Kalendertagen. So lange ist die Ware für Sie reserviert. Geben Sie bei der Überweisung bitte als Verwendungszweck die Bestellnummer an, die Ihnen am Ende des Bestellvorganges angezeigt wird.
PayPal / Kreditkarte
Nutzen Sie die Möglichkeit, einfach und sicher mittels PayPal zu zahlen.
Hier können Sie sich während des Bezahlvorgangs auch für die Zahlung mit Kreditkarte entscheiden.
- 5. Right of cancellation
- If the purchase contract is concluded exclusively via teleommunications media, you as consumer shall have a statutory right of cancellation under Sections 312 d, 355 of the BGB. The right of cancellation does not apply to the delivery of goods manufactured to the customers specification (custom-made and made-to-measure).
- 6. Dispatch
- We ship our products with GLS or UPS. The shipping costs per item are calculated at
6.90€. Above an order value
500.00€ shipping is free.
All shipping costs stated relate to shipping on the mainland. Shipping to islands on request.
- 7. Delivery
- We endeavour to arrange delivery within
4-10 working days following receipt of payment by parcel service (GLS or UPS) or forwarding agent within Germany, please refer to the product description for other delivery times, or delivery on demand. If no information is stipulated there, delivery is within 30 days of acceptance of the order or the stated delivery time on demand. There is no delivery obligation on our part, as sub-suppliers can change their range at short notice. Delays in delivery shall not constitute an entitlement to compensation claims. In these case of custom manufactured items, hand-crafted items and imported goods, delivery times may be longer than indicated.If we have a delivery backlog we can claim a reasonable period of grace. If the delivery is made within this period it is compliant with the contract.
- 8. Warranty
- The recipient undertakes to check the goods immediately following receipt to confirm quantity and quality and to report any damage in writing within one week and to notify the shipper (e.g. DHL, GLS, UPS) of this damage immediately upon receipt. A copy of this report must be sent to us. Minor deviations in quality, colour, shape and size are possible. The warranty applies to concealed defects according to the statutory provisions. As customer you have the right to change, rectification, exchange or return if the goods are faulty. Please refer to the product documentation for details of any additional manufacturers guarantees.
